Trojangate Building
Trojangate Building by Khrysler
Art Deco styled skyscraper with a symbolic illumination structure on top, which was inspired by ancient Greek soldier armour. There is speculation that it a has hidden symbolic meaning to the building but likely to be coincidence…
It’s finally finished…This is a fantasy skyscraper (I postponed) from my wicked head. I had so many design changes from the initial sketch I did while ago and at some point, I designed to have an avenue going through the building (I was planning to put it right after the bridge as if it’s like a gate) but because of its shapes and proportion, I decide not to. Multiple insipirations were involved in my decisions on shapes and materials. Here are some of them; American Radiator Building (New York), Manhattan Bank Building (New York), Carbide and Carbon Building (Chicago), Northwestern Bell Telephone Building (Minneapolis), Richfield Tower (Los Angeles), and of course Chrysler Building. I still have some parts I want to improve but I’m pretty happy how it came out. Hope you can find a place for it!
