A pack of growables featuring simple brick blocks for your mid-sized town. The model is inspired by a building(800 Peachtree St.) in Atlanta, GA. Yes yes I know some of the textures don’t line up with the different variants perfectly.

Don’t like the shopsigns? Then just ignore the ‘required props’. I put it there for convinience & because people almost never read the description.
You’ll need Plop The Growables Mod if you want to manually place them along with MoveIt! for more precise placement.
I also highly recommend using Loading Screen Mod as these buildings share the same textures.
