-Torture by Terrifying Transport 2-

A combination of "Death by Arbitrary Detours" and a turbine railroad interchange.
The railroad interchange is better organised than version 1.

*Includes an underground cloverleaf highway.
*A grand total of 16 intersecting roads.
*Includes 4 interchanging one-way rail roads.

Needs to be built on relatively flat land.

Costs: 354.344 (yikes!)
Upkeep: 4440 / week

Supports Vanilla game.
After Dark DLC recommended for the included bike and bus lanes.
