Level 2 Gothic Revival House
Part of the Americana Collection Redux!
As previously noted in "Gothic Revival Farmhouse", houses of the Gothic Revival and Carpenter Gothic architectural styles were extremely common in the mid-19th century. This house represents a less grander execution of the style, but is still quite cozy. It is a level 2 home on 4×4 lot (for the two garden variants, the non-garden variant is on a 3×4 lot).
Also note that this download comes with 3 variants of the home: two "garden" variants and one "non-garden" variant. Having the Loading Screen Mod should theoretically make this much easier on your computer.
And one last comment, I know the "Assets Required" list may look intimidating, but they’re quality assets. If you don’t have them already, you won’t regret having them (if you have the memory).
