Water Tower Place (Redux)
This is a complete update of one of my first Chicago assets, Water Tower Place.
Textures have been remade from scratch, model has been cleaned up and massively enhanced (from about 1k tris to over 4k), including breaking it up into sub buildings for ~enhanced gameplay realism~. Plus, I threw in the iconic Water Tower Place logo as a prop that should’ve been there in the first place.

RICO ready – 360 high commerce jobs, plus the mall portion acts as a unique building for tourism (like IRL)
