Description:

I had the need of a three-lane one-way road with trees for my city, so I created one based on the normal two-way road.

pros:
+ more trees (green tree)
+ three lanes
+ small
+ changed stats (two way with trees + a little extra)

cons:
– no remodel
– no more grass
