Here is another parking lot blueprint using Parking Lot Road by Badi_Dea, kudos to the orginal asset creator.
This ‘intersection’ is a basic apartment complex with one enterance and four mirroring spokes (including two parking lots for renters). There are plently of locations for parking as well placing apartment buildings.
