The Signature at MGM Grand is a condo-hotel at the MGM Grand Las Vegas resort, in Paradise. It features three identical 38-story towers, each consisting of 576 fully furnished units. The MGM Grand Las Vegas is the third-largest hotel complex in the world by number of rooms and second-largest hotel resort complex in the United States behind the combined The Venetian and The Palazzo.
