This is my own design. I’m not an architect tho, so it may not be the best looking building ever.
*cries in industrial design*

It has a road put into the model, so it may be hard to place it in vanilla scenario type of deal, but there should be a way around. Other than that, it should be all fine.
My idea for this building is, that it should be placed with other building sticking to its back side, as there are no windows, no nothing. You can fully understand what i mean on screenshoots i uploaded.
