After people started looking into buying vans that came with a high roof in a stock configuration, paramedic organizations decided to purchase the Promaster (aka Freightliner, aka Mercedes) Sprinter. It’s also used globally around the world, so of course it would fit into the Skylines fleet.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set paramedic/ambulance vehicles types for your hospitals and clinics.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Stats are same as the default ambulance. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs.
For red lights, use Emergency Lights Manager Mod and change the lights for ambulance to red for all.
Vehicle base derived from Houston Police Sprinter. Base model of base model used with Permission. Added New Lights for Type II styling.
