About the model
The second building of my New England series, the Rockingham motor co can be found in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The moment I saw it I knew immediately this would be great for a building C:S.

This model has about 1036 tris and a 512×1024 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 24 tris with a 256×64 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.

If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
About the building
The Staunton architectural firm T. J. Collins & Son designed the Rocktown Motor Company Building, constructed in the early 1920s on the corner of West Market Street and South Liberty Street. The Tudor Revival and Art Deco building has American bond brickwork with large arches over the showroom windows. Blue stained glass lettering spells out “Rockingham Motor Co.” in the transoms. Today, Moseley Architects occupies the second level of this building and their space will be open on the tour. Court Square Theater, located on the first level of the building, will be open from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
