What to say? This is just a nightmare turned concrete. A rundown tower block no one will praise you for. If you want to build a beautiful, picturesque city where cims like to live, if you want to create a cozy little town ideal for vacation, if you just want to be a good mayor – well I guess this asset isn’t for you then.

However: If you see your cims as the toys they are, if you have just about ZERO sense for aesthetics, if you are a communist – or if you just need a cheap place for many people to live no matter what – oh boy! You just HAVE to subscribe to this atrocity then.
