Description:

Traditional 2-storeys plastered wall-to-wall town house from Nivelles, Belgium. 1×1 RICO low-density residential. Irregular shape (wider at the back than front) and free-placement to use as a filler.
Fine Road Anarchy is required to place the building alongside other ones. RICO is not required. Without the mod, the building is a regular unique building without stats. Find It: "curve out" to easily find that type of shape with Find It!.
