This update requires After Dark DLC as it contains bicycles. It won’t work without After Dark.
About this Road Type
The Bicycle Highway is made by more solid materials, thus featuring a higher cost to build but lower cost to maintain. It looks the same as the normal bicycle path but with a different title ,description and the tooltip.
However, due to its nature (of a way faster speed), it features a railroad-like bending limit.
You just cannot ride a bike with max speed and turn 90 degrees. Doesn’t make sense at all.

The tooltip was updated to show the word Expressway.
Also, the cover was updated as well.
