Randomized shoe store front signs. There are only 2 varations now and both are inspired by signs from 1920s. Meant to be used for level 1 commercial buildings. (but of course, you can put it wherever you want)

2. Sherry’s Cut Rate Shoes – Most Underselling and Undistinguished Shoe Store
MODEL – 18 triangles with 256×128 textures (d,c,a,n)
LOD – 12 triangles with 128×64 textures (d,c)
