Sydney Tower (1:1.25)

An iconic part of the skyline in Sydney, Australia.
This is a 1:1.25 recreation of the tower, including the contemporary Westfield mall and office block at the base. It unlocks at milestone 5, it’s based off the Grand Mall in terms of stats, but I bumped up the number of jobs a bit to reflect the combined space.
I have modeled the storefronts in the spirit of the stores there today, but haven’t included any signage props – just lights, a/c units, solar panels etc. I didn’t want to force any custom props.

This is my first asset for Cities: Skylines, and my first completed 3D project in general. I learned a lot along the way, please let me know what you think! I have ideas on how to improve it, but was keen to publish it.
