Runway (No Lights) BETA
This is the basic in-game Runway with the side lights removed to match my existing Taxiway asset (see linked collection).
Please feel free to use this as a template for creating custom runways.
NOTES:
This is the first release. I am a novice. There may be issues. Please report them.
This is intended for use in custom airfields. Without the Airport Roads mod, it won’t do you any good. Airport Roads is listed as a required mod for this reason. For the time being, this also requires BloodyPenguin’s More Network Stuff mod in order for it to appear in the in-game UI. I’m going to see if there’s a way to get around that, but it may simply be a necessary pre-req as airport networks are particularly finicky.
UPDATE:
The adjustments made to correct some previous AI issues appear to have made it possible to connect these to built-in airport networks without any issue. If you do encounter problems, I recommend using TouchThis (or similar) in order to delete the existing runways/taxiways and re-draw them (either using these or the stock networks via Airport Roads).
