Xberg Tower
Here is a blocky 60’s style mid-range skyscraper office building in 4 color variations. I’ve made this to act as two different Berlin buildings: the Postbank Tower near U-Bhf. Möckernbrücke, and Europa-Center on Kurfürstendamm. This asset is a mod of Crazyglueit’s Daley Center from Chicago, with his permission. Thx Glueit! I’ve rescaled the proportions (less tall, more wide), rearranged some details on the roof and in the first floor lobby, and added the color variations. I’ve made two new custom props for this asset, only one of which (the radio antenna) is actually positioned within the asset.
To make the two different real-life buildings, do this:
Postbank Tower:
- plop the greenish variation
- add another Red and White Antenna to the roof
- add a Big Postbank Sign on each side of the large facade
Europa-Center:
- plop the black variation
- add SvenBerlin’s awesome Rotating Mercedes Sign to the roof
