Modular Georgian Mill Pack
This is a set of 2×3 tile pieces to build your very own huge Georgian mill or warehouse! This set is vaguely based on the Lowell National Historic Park in Lowell, Massachusetts, but it can be adapted for almost any purpose.
Locate near a disgusting canal that your city’s open sewers drain into for maximum realism! No child will be left unmutilated!
Features:
-2, 4, and 6 story versions.
-RICO compatible
-Seven modules for each version, including corners and ends, two kinds of loading docks, big overhead doors, and two straight modules (with and without windows).
-Individual modules range from 780 to 3400 polygons (for the biggest corner module); most fall in the 1200-2000 range.
-Custom LODs
-Only 1 1024×1024 texture sheet was used for all 21 modules included, so don’t worry so much about the large file size since if you have Loading Screen Mod the bulk of that won’t actually load.
I purposely did not include "roof junk" — HVAC, stairs, etc. since it would get repetitive over several modules. Add your own roof junk using More Beautification.
