UK Corner Pub – The Crown

This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff 🙂

Type : Growable
Size : 4×2 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i’ve added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

– Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
– Control Building Level Up v0.4

Well they don’t technically require them but they look better with them. Some users have reported that they don’t seem to spawn with the props so ill let you know below what ones have been used:

Ive only added two satelite dishes to this asset and used Grey Alt fence for the car park, if they dont appear then feel free to add them yourself in the asset editor.

As pubs in real life are mostly unique buildings, its recommended to only have one of these per city (as it will look a little silly with identical boozers). but feel free to have hundreds of them :). Also note that this has a car park and would benefit from being on flat ground as the fences tend to look out of place on uneven ground.
More pubs are on the way (corner reskins, town center style etc)
