Known Issue:
I used the transport building’s base when I imported into the game, so for some reason if you’ve already built the transport headquarters, the nano inc HQ building will show as "already been placed in city", though it hasn’t.
Fix: Literally just ignore the big icon over it’s image and place it, still works.
