[PRISON] 2010 Police CS Dodge Grand Caravan
A small, cost effective, barely modified van for transporting prisoners would work for your countryside villages. Just plop them into a Grand Caravan and ferry them to jail.
This is the prison version.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
