Public Landfill
Not all towns and cities can invest in recycling right away, so they have to turn to the rather gross method of "dump it and let it rot in the sun" in a big space known as a landfill. However, the in game landfill is not to my taste, and I suspect there are others who feel that it isn’t to their taste either. So with the help of Avanya’s garbage piles and decals, I went and made my own dump. Instead of being a texture of garbage on the entirety of the ground, there’s patches of garbage here and there, along with some basic lighting and a small portable office for security and management.
In comparison to the default dump, this one is deeper (it’s 8×16), has double the capacity (16000000 vs 8000000), a wider collection radius (6000), and employs 5 educated workers on top of the 20 original uneducated workers, plus can supply one more truck for a nice number of 16 trucks. It also only costs $1000 to plop and about $500 to maintain.
