IMPORTANT: If you don’t own the Parklife DLC please subscribe to the Regular Tram and Cycle Road instead. Due to a glitch in the game with the release of Parklife, I have had to create two versions of this asset.

Small Road, 2 Lanes with Tram and Bicycle Lanes.

The bike lane replaces the space that was previously used for car parking.

Supports all elevations (though, like the regular cycle road, there are no dedicated lanes in tunnels).
Made with custom icons, tiles, tooltip etc. so it fits in nicely with vanilla roads.
