As my generous sprinkling of services was making every corner of my city eventually feature the same level 5 skyline, I decided it was time to learn 3D modelling. The result are in: three classically styled buildings for your VIP Cims. This one is a level 5, high density residential apartment building (for lack of medium residential zoning…). Works equally well built wall-to-wall or as a solitary. Grows on 2×2, 2×3 and 2×4 lots.

*Update* Patch 1.1.0 compatible. Grows on all map types (including European). Colour variation still broken 🙁
