This quarter is compatible with the two previous versions.
I recommend the siting of the first and third (this) version of a residential neighborhood in a checkerboard pattern.

1) Residential quarter v1 with a ring junction on the surface and underground.
2) Residential quarter v2 with a ring junction on the surface and under the ground + exit on the expressway.
3) Residential quarter v3 with the two-level roundabout junction and the roundabout junction underground.
All residential areas are compatible.
