Retail Center (Modules & Props)
Three modules to design your own retail park. Retail parks are widespread in Central Europe. Mostly located on the Edge of the town, in the transition from residential to commercial areas. These modules are based on motifs from a well-designed retail park in Rheinfelden / Baden (Germany).
The modules can be moved together with "Move It" to one long building. The shops vary in size:
Module 1 (two shops with approx. 350 and 400 sqm each)
Module 2 (a shop with approx. 250 sqm)
Module 3 (a shop with approx. 750 sqm)
The retail center includes two prop packages. First, the "retail center logos" pack with company logos. The company logos or signs can be put on the canopies with "Prop Snapping". Second, the "retail center frames /signs" pack with shop window labels and door frames.

Fachmarktzentrum (Module & Props)
Drei Module zur Gestaltung eines eigenen Fachmarktzentrums. Fachmarktzentren sind in Mitteleuropa weit verbreitet. Meistens auf der "Grünen Wiese", im Übergang von Wohnbebauung zu Gewerbegebieten, gelegen. Die Architektur ist vielfach einfach. Gute Projektentwickler versuchen zumindest mit einer einheitlichen Fassadengestaltung einen gewissen Wiedererkennungswert zu erzielen. Diese Module sind nach Motiven eines in seiner Fassadengestaltung sehr gelungenen Fachmarktzentrums in Rheinfelden/Baden entstanden.
Die Module können variable mit“ Move It“ zu einem langen Gebäude zusammengeschoben werden. Um eine realitätsnahe Mieterstruktur zu simulieren, variieren die Module und Ladenlokale hinsichtlich ihrer Größe:
Modul 1 (zwei Ladenlokale mit jeweils ca. 350 und 400 qm)
Modul 2 (ein Ladenlokal mit ca. 250 qm)
Modul 3 (ein Ladenlokal mit ca. 750 qm)
Um eine authentische Fassaden- und Schaufenstergestaltung zu erzielen, gehören zu diesen Fachmarkt-Modulen zwei Prop-Pakete. Erstens das "retail center logos" pack mit Firmenlogos. Die Firmenlogos bzw. -schilder können mit „Prop Snapping“ auf die Vordächer gestellt werden. Zweitens das "retail center frames /signs" pack mit Schaufensterbeschriftungen und Türumrahmungen.
