土浦風市役所_Tsuchiura-style City Hall

茨城県土浦市大和町に実在する「ウララ」の土浦市役所をベースに作成されております。
実際の建物とは完全に異なりますのでご注意ください。
Created based on the Tsuchiura City Hall of "URALA" actually in Yamato-Cho, Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
Please note that it is completely different from the actual building.
■メモ(Memo)
スクラップアンドビルドが進むイトーヨーカドーの居抜き店舗を想定して、「ザ・プライス」「OKストア」「ドン・キホーテ」なども考えましたが、土浦市が市役所として利用しているのも面白いなと思って作成してしまいました。キーテナントが「ダイソー」「カスミ」しかないため、デザインレベルを極度に落とした公共施設系の看板や懸垂幕を多用しております。
Based on Ito-Yokado’s ruffled store under scrap and build. I tried to make "The Price", "OK Store", "Don Quijote", but it is interesting that Tsuchiura City uses it as a city hall.
Because the key tenant is only "Daiso" "Kasumi", we used signboards and suspended curtains of public facility systems that extremely lowered the design level.
