Länsiterminaali 2
West harbour modeled after Länsiterminaali 2 found in Helsinki, Finland. This is a model i created for a 1:1 scale Helsinki city I’m building.
This is the first 3d model i have ever created so it may not be perfect but I’m satisfied with the way it turned out.
Lot size is 17×19, building has 1830 Tris and it is using a 1024×1024 texture.
If you like to use it on your city i would suggest getting moveit mod so you can adjust the height of the road that goes by the harbour (i tried but i couldn’t get it to stay on the correct level after you place the asset in game). Other thing i tried is to get passenger walkway to have quay under it and it looks good in asset editor but once in game it seems to snap to the bottom of the map for some reason.
If i can figure out some of the issues mentioned above i will update it.
Edit 1: There were some dock props left that may have been showing up while they should not have been there anymore from when i was testing stuff. It should be fixed now.
Edit 2: Added 3 ingame screenshots.
Edit 3: Made some modifications, extra dock props should now be gone. Removed the road that went next to the harbour because it was difficult to get road and harbour on the same elevation. To get road access to harbour now you will need road anarchy mod and looking from the entrance you have to build a road that goes along the wall under the right "wing".
