SoCal Low Residential Block Pack
This is a pack of four block buildings, each with four of my SoCal low residential models. They are made to be light weight rather than heavily detailed. All building share the same 512×512 texture, d,c,s,i.n and have custom lods with 64×64 textures.
The houses are low residential L3 RICO, sit on a 8×5 plot and comes with some slight color variations.
Due to the prop/tree limit per asset, these blocks come without vegetation. You can add those in game.

Note that the pavement decals will extend outside the plot, this is made to make a seemless transition to the Suburban street from Urbanist, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1251726663.
You can of course skip those you don’t want, but it might make the result different. If you are not happy with the props and layout, feel free to customize them. Don’t upload them without my consent.
If you don’t use the Ploppable RICO mod, these will just be unique with no functionality.

Do note that the screenshots use Springwood theme, daylight classic, relight and religt-film lut. They might look different in your setup.
