About the model
Time to move on. I made some twenty models in this series and it´s time to do some other stuff. I still got a ton of high res pictures of New York and LA and Detroit need some love too. So this, together with the Providence performing arts center will be the last I do in this series. At least for a while.

This model has about 1873 tris and has a 2048×512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, alpha, illumination, and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 46 tris with a 384×128 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.

If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.
About the building
The Lawrence Hall Building at 15-23 Bank Street between Golden and State Streets in New London, Connecticut was built in 1920. It was the location of the Marcus clothing store for over 90 years until it closed in May 2012.
