Designed in the contemporary style of Green Cities, this street is perfect for pedestrianizing your neighbourhoods. Make your shopping districts, office parks or anywhere more walkable and add a layer of sophistication!

- Vehicles use the road – use Traffic Manager to block
- Network Skins can change the trees but not the street lights
- Pedestrian path texture on both sides may clip on uneven terrain
- One-way, one-lane road
- Full-width lane shared among vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles – use Traffic Manager to block vehicles
- Trees, benches, and other random props like trash bins, sliding ads and newspaper stands line shared path – create segments not adjacent to junctions to make trees appear

- 16m (2 tiles) wide right-of-way
- Ground level only – use vanilla roads or Network Extensions roads for elevated, bridge, slope and tunnel.

- Noise pollution lower than vanilla two-lane road with grass
- Costs $0.80/cell, upkeep $0.64/cell/wk
- Found under small roads, look for icon as shown in preview image
- Traffic Manager – to disallow vehicular traffic
- Network Extensions 2 – just need this for the tree planter prop; if you don’t subscribe everything will still work except you won’t have tree planters
