Western Commercial Building (Park)
Bathin’ house, sheriff’s office, bank? Could be any of those things.
This was part of a custom park district set that never saw the light of day because I ran out of steam with the project. But I figured it’d be wrong not to share. It’s similar to this guy here.
This is a 1×1 park asset styled to look like ye olde-fashioned western commercial building.
Asset Stats:
1149 tris for the main mesh, 96 for the lod.
Textures, I believe, are 1024 and 128. All textures, including colour variations are present.
Like the other asset, this one’s been sitting for a few months, so let me know if there are troubles.
