Introduce
Welcome to Nanao Island, Shantou. It has a history of nearly 8,000 years and is a good place for tourism. As part of the special economic zone, it has convenient transportation and attracts millions of tourists every year.
However, the island has limited land resources, and perhaps only the best choice is to develop tourism.

Map
·The land is relatively small, there are many plains in the northwest, and the middle part is Nan’ao island.
·The islands are composed of mountains and bay plains.
·Shipping is well-developed, and the northwest is a planned new container terminal.
·I have already outlined the reclamation area, and you can directly build the port there.
(this map strongly suggests using 81 Tiles Mod).

Tips
·There is not much land. You need to plan carefully to use the land.
·The plains in the northwest have oil and mineral resources.
·The map has only 4 entrances and exits.
·When the sea route is referenced to reality, there is no need to worry about not connecting to the route.
·Forestry is a good choice.
·There is only one two-way 4 Lane expressway connecting to the outside.
