Modular District (with OVPs)
This asset is based on another design called "BRT" by a community member (gradiusic84). I simply added overpasses in every corner and made some tweak changes to it (which includes making the whole district a single file).
The pros about using it is that it’s ultimately good for heavy traffic. You won’t get traffic problems anywhere inside the district. Connect it to one or two different highways and you can follow the same pattern across your city and you won’t have any issues at all.
♣ Good for heavy traffic zones;
♣ No traffic problems inside the district;
♣ No traffic lights inside the district (it flows like a charm);
♣ Dual one-directional roads;
♣ Separated buslines from the traffic: Your buses won’t get stopped by any sort of traffic.
The only con I can see is that it’s not realistic to any city, like, at all, but who the hell cares, right?!
You can use it in industrial, commercial or residential districts and you won’t face any problems.
(04/04/2017) Update: Added a little asset that’s required for the district. Maybe it wasn’t working before but now it is.
