榊原第二ビル_2nd Sakakibara Building
■概要(Overview)
1982年に完成した千葉県船橋市前原西2丁目の賃貸ビルで、JR津田沼駅から徒歩1分の好立地物件です。
メガネドラッグ、三井住友信託銀行、名門会、早稲田アカデミー、UR賃貸住宅、神経内科津田沼、住友不動産などがテナントとして入っています。
It is a rental building of Funabashi-shi Maehara 2-chome in Chiba Prefecture completed in 1982, a 1-minute walk from JR Tsudanuma Station.
Megane drag, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Meimon kai, Waseda Academy, UR Chintai Jyutaku, Shinkei Naika Tsudanuma, Sumitomo Fudousan etc. are included as tenants.
■メモ(Memo)
実は、看板10点セットはこのビルの看板からモデリングしており、いつか作ろうと思っていました。
作成時のエピソードとして、道路から眺めた時には真四角のビルだと思っていたのですが、GoogleMAPを見るといびつな形になってることがわかり、Blender歴2か月の自分には難しかったです。
また、屋上の形状もGoogleMAPの3Dで見たところ変なペントハウスの形をしてるのを発見して、これも苦労しました。側面と裏面は近隣のビルで全く見えないため、想像のデザインとなっています。
最後の最後でBlenderで完成時にはUVデータに問題がなかったのですが、AsetEditerに登録した瞬間に変な形に歪んでかなり焦りました。
いろいろありましたが、なんとか完成しました。
しょぼい出来ですが、自分にとっては苦労の連続でしたので使ってやってください。笑
Actually, the 10-piece signage model was modeled from the signboard of this building, and I was planning to make one day.
As an episode at the time of creation, I thought it was a square building when I looked at it from the road, but when I saw Google MAP, I found that it was in an irregular shape. It was difficult since I had a Blender history two months.
Also, we saw the shape of the rooftop on GoogleMAP’s 3D, and found that it was a strange penthouse shape, which also had a hard time. Since the side and the back are not visible at all in the neighboring building, it is an imaginary design.
Finally, at the time of completion with Blender, there was no problem with UV data, but it was very difficult to be distorted in an unusual form at the moment of being registered in AsetEditer.
There were various things, but I managed to do it.
