Description:

This a commissioned asset retexture done by 220Hertz for my Cannon Cape series.

The original is part of the European Suburbia creator pack, listed in the dependencies. You *do* need the pack to use this house – this upload doesn’t bypass the requirement. Trust me, the pack is super worth it.

This is a basic growable featuring the cedar shingle siding common in coastal and alpine areas.

No props so you can decorate to your liking 🙂 I recommend loading it up in the asset editor and making a few lots with your prefered prop set.

Don’t mind the silly names I give these, I just needed a way to keep track of the files.
