Description:

Passenger Train – KCRC (Metro Cammell EMU – AC) by wanleung
電氣化火車

This is my 2nd model built from scratch by using Blender and GIMP.

The trains, were made in England (UK) by Metro Cammell, were ordered and shipped to Hong Kong during the electrification of the Kowloon Canton Railway British section (KCR-BC) in 1978, in serivces at 1982, which later called KCRC, and now called East Rail Line after the MTR–KCR merger in 2007.

The "Yellow Head" is the iconic symbol of the trains. But the trains had undergone major refurbishment from 1996 to 1999 to extend their lifespan, carried out by the successor of Metro-Cammell, Alstom and the "Yellow Head" no longer used.

As the platform is too short, it was set to 6 cars. But it was still too long, so it is now set to 5 cars.

Newly Add 3 cars and 5 cars trains in this asset. Add back a 6 cars with 3+3 pattern.
3 cars Capacity: 150 passengers
5 cars Capacity: 250 passengers
6 cars (3+3) Capacity: 300 passengers (Warning, the platform is too short for it.)
