Goodwin Square is an office building located in downtown Hartford, Connecticut. The tower is the third tallest building in both the city and the state.
The first several floors of the real-life building is actually a large concrete boring parking garage, and nobody wants that in their CS city, so I took some artistic liberty and made the tower start at ground level. So you could say this is "loosely" based on the real building.
The building sits on a 6×4 lot so I included some RICO settings in there as well (office level 3). You don’t need the RICO mod to use the building though.
