Map of the greater Tokyo area, 120x120km².
Based on a heightmap, I tried to put as many rivers as I could and keep something realistic and playable. Terrain has been smoothed and rivers are smaller to fit the scale of the map. You’ll need to work on the river banks and sea shores, terraforming and quays will be your friends.
