Hi everyone, sorry for being quite for a while, cuz i recently have been quite busy and haven’t got a lot of free time. My nyc save has also been broken, so I’m also trying to solve that. In the meantime, please enjoy this beautiful building from Des Moines. Personally, i have been wanting to make this building for so long, as i love its unique shape. The workshop also lacks a lot of buildings for medium sized cities, so I think this building will be a great fit.

801 Grand, also known as the Principal Building, is a 45 story skyscraper in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It is named after its street address along Grand Avenue in the downtown area of the city between 8th and 9th Streets, with High Street the northern border. Completed in 1991 and standing 630 feet (190 m), it is the tallest building in the state of Iowa. The building is primarily office space, largely occupied by its owner, Principal Financial Group. The lower three floors contain retail and restaurant space, including the 801 Chophouse, and provide a connection to Des Moines’ skywalk system. Other tenants include the law firms of McKee, Voorhees, & Sease; Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave; and Faegre Baker Daniels.
