Colorado Rockies – Aspen (Vanilla)

Theme:
This map uses a custom theme ( http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1216255266 ). Do not miss subbing to it as otherwise you won’t get the look.
Required Assets:
This map is designed using only the roads and trees that are part of the base game. As such, it is entirely playable without any of the DLCs or custom content (other than the map theme listed above).
Recommended Assets/Mods:
I do recommend some graphic mods in order to get the best viewing experience, including the Satellite LUT and Daylight Classic. I also recommend the 81-tiles mod if you want to get full use out of the map, though it is entirely playable on only 9 tiles.
More Background:
I based the map on the Aspen, CO area in the United States. The terrain is from real life and the highway is inspired by the main road leading into Aspen (but in real life there are no interstate highways in this area). I’m most excited about the water features on this map as the terrain allowed me to create several smaller mountain streams that look pretty good. I used my own creativity to add an intriguing rail line along with some other scenic features.
