Office-Building Paderborn 2
Combination of old and new. I do not know the history of the old building (red) very well. Architecture and ornamentation are oriented towards Neostyles. Ornamentation of the Wilhelminian and Art Nouveau styles can be found. The staircase of the entrance seems to be built as a part of a later reconstruction. Originally built as a residential building, rooms have been converted into offices.
About three years ago, the attic was expanded. At the same time, the object was supplemented by a new building (white). The transparent staircase is the link between the old and new buildings.
While the old building is aligned with the street, the new building also corresponds to the side.
This is my fourth asset. The motivation for this asset was the merger of old and new buildings. The conception as a solitary building as well as the design as a corner building.
