社名のとおり、創業者の名前は似鳥昭雄。
アメリカでは下の名前をとって「Aki-Home」である。
「おねだん以上。ニトリ」のキャッチコピーは有名ですが、「お値段異常」と揶揄されることもあります。
Furniture retailing company "Nitori" headquartered in Kita Ward, Sapporo City, Hokkaido.
As the company name, the founder’s name is "Akio Nitori".
In America, taking the name below is "Aki-Home".
The catch phrase of "Onedan Ijyou Nitori (Nitori’s goods worth more than the price)" is famous, but it may be ridiculed as "Price is abnormal. (It is unknown whether it is expensive or cheap)".
