Props are used for the interior rubble and roof details. If for some reason you want a version that doesn’t have a bunch of rubble in the interior part, you can make a copy with the asset editor and delete the props or use Prop It Up! mod.

The model shares the same 2048×1024 textures as the full set of industrial block buildings. If you subscribe to both, use Loading Screen Mod so that the textures are only loaded once.
