PNW Lots – Americana Pack
These are partially detailed low residential lots. As a compromise between detail and flexibility, I’ve added detailing like driveways, potted plants, tables, etc; but I DID NOT include large trees or fences. This way, the lots can be placed on plots with weird sizes or shapes (which I tend to have a lot of). The idea is that you add your own fences afterward, along with trees appropriate to your map, and any additional detailing or feature pieces you desire.
This set is from my retextured of False Lucidity’s Americana collection. You can find the "bare" retextured assets in my workshop, and the original assets in False Lucidity’s.
Campus, After Dark, and Park Life are required for some of the tables and benches. If you don’t have these DLCs, these lots should still work, they’ll just be missing some props.
Keep in mind that Decal Prop Fix, Prop & Tree Anarchy, Prop Precision, Theme Decals, and Loading Screen Mod are mods, and need to be activated through the content manager before they’ll work. You don’t strictly need Prop & Tree Anarchy, but the lots will be bare if you don’t add your own trees. And it’ll take up a lot less RAM with Loading Screen Mod.
