Description:

Karachi, Pakistan a world mega city.
Its a realistic map. and also like Karachi it suffer from fresh water shortage. There is a big potential for mangrove farming but beware of tide as they will flood.

Your overlay image is placed here:
Windows: C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonCities_SkylinesFiles.
Linux: /home/{user folder}/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines/Files
It has to be named overlay.png.
