Contemporary Low-Rise Apartments 2
This asset is a continuation of the style I used for my previous asset, Contemporary Low-Rise Apartments (1). It is a high residential apartment block with 4 storeys, 5 households and fitting a 2×2 grid, the ground floor has a covered parking for cars which you can detail yourselves if you wish. The apartment has a contemporary style meaning that they can fit in just about any 21st century city you build. I find they look especially good along the seafront 🙂 They can be placed as standalone buildings or you can choose to move them together with Move It! to make them look like one block .
