Description:
Allows you to set the probabilities of having an education level for arriving citizens.

Follows the vanilla game rules:

Adults can be at most highly educated, young adults at most well educated, teens at most educated and children uneducated.

About the probability values and how they work:

The default is 50% for highly educated, 80% for well educated, 95% for educated.

With this setting, the probability for an incoming adult being highly educated is 50%, being well educated is
(100% – 50%) * 80%, being educated is (100% – 50%) * (100% – 80%) * 95%.

Customizing

You can change values and save them in game (options panel), and the effect is instantaneous.
The saved mod values will be at somewhere like C:Users{ UserName }AppDataLocalColossal OrderCities_SkylinesCustomziableEducation.sav

The mod has a default set of values, and will use them if unable to load from the .sav file.

Incompatibility

This mod will probably conflict with any mod that modifies the OutsideConnectionAI, namely, Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance, among other mods.

Works well if you play with unlock all and want to have a reasonably educated workforce from the beginning, or want to prepare your newly arrived citizens for your campus area
