Shipconnections on the Bergsche Maas and Merwede.
Plane connection although there is no airport in the area.
Lots of fertile land.
For more playability this map has a railway connection. It is a quite realistic layout. They are talking about this railway about 40 years.
It is my first map so some things are a little bit clumpsy.
